If in the unlikely event your goods are faulty or you are not happy with them, please contact us on info@moccstars.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. Please note that the buyer is liable for any postage costs associated with any refund or exchange offered. We quality check all items before being sent out to the customer.
Wrong size? It is your responsibility to ensure you measure your child’s foot correctly as we cannot offer exchanges due to incorrect sizes being ordered.
Our sizing varies from other UK Brands so please be sure to follow our guidelines.
Measure your childs foot whilst standing on a piece of paper, mark the back heel to the end of longest toe, then measure the length from one point to another.
Leave a little wiggle room and go for the closest size in our chart.
